Return Policy
30-day Return Policy: All Fashionfire products have a 30-day Replacement/Return/Refund warranty from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.
Eligibility for Return/Refund: Items eligible for return include those that are physically damaged, have missing parts/accessories, or significantly differ from the product description.
Contact Us Before Returning: Before returning any item, please contact us at care@fashionfire.co. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without notifying us first.
Cancellations and Order Changes: Orders can be canceled or edited within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. For assistance, email support@ninjanew.com with your order number.
Return/Refund Process: Initiate a return or exchange by contacting us within 30 days of delivery at care@fashionfire.co. Follow the packing instructions provided in your email.
Conditions for Return/Refund: To be eligible for return/refund, the item must be unused or partially opened, in its original condition, and properly packed. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank or credit card account first. Contact us at care@fashionfire.co if necessary.
Return/Refund Conditions:

- Damaged or Missing Part(s): Notify us at support@ninjanew.com on the day of receipt and provide photos for processing.

- Incorrect Items Received: Email support@ninjanew.com with your order number and complaint details.

- Product Never Arrived: Allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Track orders on our website or contact care@fashionfire.co for assistance.

- Mind Changed (Buyer’s Remorse): No refund for buyer’s remorse. We encourage buyers to perform due diligence before making a purchase.

- Exchanges: Option to exchange eligible items instead of a refund. Final sale items are not exchangeable.
Packing Instructions:

- Include all items received, including packaging and accessories, in their original condition.

- Affix the provided mailing label properly on the parcel’s address side.

- Ship the package according to the shipping instructions provided in your email.
